RhiyanAlexis does not accept returns on personalized (monogrammed) items

RhiyanAlexis does not accept returns due to the personalization of each product.
When a customers order is placed the selected item is made per customer to their selected size, color and other variations.
Items with defects will be accepted for returns only within 10 days of the receipt of the clothes to the customer’s delivery address.
If your items meet the requirements for return please follow the instructions below:
1. Items must be in the same condition as received
2.Items Must not have been worn and still have original tags attached.
